Energy In Action Unveiling Event Recap

June 23, 2022

The Energize Connecticut sponsors, Eversource and AVANGRID subsidiaries - CNG, SCG and United Illuminating, publicly unveiled the Energy In Action mobile exhibit at the Berlin-Peck Memorial Library in Berlin, Conn. on Thursday, June 23.

Ron Araujo, Eversource's Director of Energy Efficiency; Larry Rush, United Illuminating Residential, Conservation and Load Management Manager; and Amy McLean, Energy Efficiency Board Vice-Chair delivered remarks highlighting the impact the exhibit is making in communities and how this educational tool is essential in helping Connecticut reach its clean energy goals.

Approximately 25 students and parents attended and toured the exhibit as well as a reporter from The New Britain Herald. The Berlin Citizen and For the People podcast interviewed Eversource and United Illuminating representatives after the event.
