DEEP RFP for Weatherization Assistance Program Service Providers

The Department of Energy and Environmental Protection (DEEP) is in the process of developing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Service Providers for the Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) for Low Income Persons. This RFP will include both the single-family program and multifamily program. The proposed Service Provider RFP can be found at: www.ct.gov/deep/weatherization.

Written comments may be filed on or before March 20, 2023, by 4:00 p.m. Written comments can be e-mailed to DEEP.Weatherization@ct.gov or sent via US Mail to DEEP’s Bureau of Energy and Technology Policy, Ten Franklin Square, New Britain, Connecticut 06051.
