How to get started

Check Eligibility

  • Residential customers of Eversource and UI are eligible for the rebates.
  • Equipment must be installed in the service territory of the participating utility.
  • Equipment must be ENERGY STAR® certified and must meet the minimum requirements on the rebate form.

Technical Details

  • Tonnage is based on AHRI cooling capacity. (1 ton = 12,000 BTUs). Tonnage is calculated by dividing AHRI cooling capacity by ton and rounding to two decimal places.

What is the rebate process?

There are two options for you to claim a rebate. The first and easiest is to fill out the rebate form online. The second option requires you to fill out and submit a form. Read about the two options below.
