    • Is there a paper application form I can use? Yes, it will be made available by July 1, 2024. Please note: using a paper registration will take longer to review and approve. We encourage our customers to utilize the online portal
    • What information do I need to register my rebate? You will need to have selected your heat pump installer from the Energize Connecticut Heat Pump Installer Network and have a signed contract for your heat pump installation.
    • Is there an expiration date for a rebate registration? Yes, rebate registrations for air source heat pumps expire 60 days from the date of approval. This means your heat pumps must be installed and your rebate application completed within 60 days of rebate registration approval. Ground source heat pump project timelines may be handled on a case-by-case basis.

    • Are you granting rebate registration extensions if my heat pump is not installed within the 60-day window? Ground source heat pump project timelines will be handled on a case-by-case basis and coordination of your rebate registration with your ground source heat pump installer is highly encouraged. You will need to contact our rebate processing company if you need to request an extension. Extensions are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
