We recognize the importance of providing reliable and resilient power to our customers in Connecticut – and in sharing details of our network performance with customers and stakeholders. To support this objective the Electric Distribution Companies (Eversource and UI) have produced scorecards with detailed information on network performance. The state level reliability scorecard is issued to all customers as a bill insert. This includes information on how each utility has performed in 2022 relative to statewide metrics. 

In addition, town-level scorecards have been produced which contain more granular information on the reliability of electric supply in each town within the respective territories of Eversource and UI. You can access these documents via the links below. These documents are newly created with the objective of keeping customers better informed about performance of our networks.
