- High-efficiency insulation (must conform to current HES rebate requirements)
- ENERGY STAR ductless heat pumps (must meet the EnergizeCT ductless heat pump rebate criteria)
- ENERGY STAR electric heat pump water heaters (Energy Factor of 2.4 or greater)
- ENERGY STAR tankless natural gas hot water heaters (Energy Factor of 0.94 or greater)

If you’re a Connecticut resident and a residential customer of UI or Eversource you could be eligible. To participate, you must own and occupy a single-family home or a multifamily home up to four units, including condos. Vacation homes also qualify.
To qualify for financing, your home improvements must be recommended through the Home Energy Solutions program and be installed by an approved contractor.
