C&I Prescriptive Weatherization (Wx) Offering

The Companies are now providing a prescriptive Wx offering to C&I customers with facilities 8,000 square feet and less the opportunity to obtain a prescriptive incentive for wall and attic insulation and attic air sealing improvements. This offering can be delivered through our Small Business Energy Advantage (SBEA) contractors or through contractors meeting the eligibility requirements below.  
 

Contractor eligibility for the CT Prescriptive Weatherization Offering
Contractors meeting state and local licensing requirements can utilize the CT Prescriptive Wx calculator to develop a qualifying weatherization project for C&I customers of Eversource and Avangrid (the Companies) or as a subcontractor through approved program vendors such as SBEA vendors.  For AVANGRID projects the scope of work must be developed by someone with an active Building Performance Institute Building Analyst Certification. 

Project Eligibility
The Companies are offering prescriptive Wx incentives for C&I customers meeting the requirements listed in the C&I Prescriptive Wx Information Sheet.  Projects must be submitted using the approved EnergizeCT C&I Prescriptive Wx Calculator by an eligible vendor/contractor with all completed project data and required documentation. Details are also provided in the C&I Prescriptive Wx Information Sheet.
