Evaluation Committee Overview
The work of the EEB Evaluation Committee is guided by the 2021 Program Evaluation Roadmap, which provides detailed information about the Energy Efficiency Board's (EEB) evaluation procedures and rules. This updated 2021 Roadmap replaced the previous version that was published in 2014.
Every three years, the Evaluation Committee develops a three year plan. The latest plan is the 2022-2024 Evaluation Plan. Each year, a Program Savings Document (PSD) is developed to provide detailed technical assumptions behind the energy savings attributed to individual energy efficiency technologies. The most recent PSD for 2020 is available. The 2019 PSD, 2018 PSD, 2017 PSD, and 2016 PSD are also available.
PA 11-80, Sec. 33 (d)(4) requires the Energy Efficiency Board to provide to the Energy and Technology Committee of the General Assembly an annual report of the results and recommendations of program evaluations undertaken in the course of the preceding year.
